Vino Capdevila Pujol Brut Natural Cava
Founded in 1955, Bodegas Blancher has been making artisanal Cava in Spain for three generations. Obsessed with tradition, the winery maintains such practices as the manual riddling of the bottles and even the use of the old family recipe for their dosage.
The grapes for this sparkling wine are carefully selected from vineyards in the heartland of Spain's Cava producing region. Ninety percent of the fruit come from the winery's own plots, located in three municipalities of Penedès and in the coastal town of Teià. This Reserva sparkling wine was then aged for 24 months on lees, giving it a richness on the palate and delicious yeasty complexity.
Young, fresh and light greenish-yellow in color, this lemony, pear Cava packs a lot of flavor and a great, dry, mineral driven finish.
