Shipping & Returns
Be sure to ship to a location where someone 21 or older can sign for the package!
Shipping couriers do not let us insure against any weather related damage to your wine. Therefore, at our discretion, we may delay shipment of your wine to avoid any weather related damage to your wine. We use FedEx, UPS and LSO (where available) to ship your wine. The cost of shipping is based off the weight and size of the package and where you are located.
Occasionally, wine shipments will be returned to us because there was no recipient to sign for the package. By law, we cannot waive the requirement for signatures upon receipt of packages. We also cannot offer any refunds or waive any shipping costs to reship packages that were returned. This is because couriers like FedEx and UPS do not refund or credit us for the shipping costs of any returned packages.
All new orders are carefully prepped and packed in Los Angeles within 1-7 business days. All wine club subscriptions are charged on the first of the month and are processed over the course of 1-7 business days before shipment. New wine club signups maybe shipped out with the next month's shipments if wine from the current month is sold out. We will send you tracking once your order has shipped. Packages to most states will arrive within 1 to 10 days based on your location and the shipping options that you select.
Due to tricky regulations that date back to prohibition, shipments to the following states will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and West Virginia. Wine will be kept in refrigerated conditions during transit to these states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship wine to Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri or Utah. Due to ever changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time.
At Vinley Market, we want you to love the wine that we curate for our wine club! However, under California law, our Vendors are not allowed to accept wine returns. If your wine is flawed or damaged please let us know so we can assist you in sending a new bottle or providing a credit.
***IMPORTANT: Customers will be charged to reship packages that are returned after delivery attempts are made. Couriers like FedEx and UPS do not provide us with any sort of refund or credit for packages that are returned because nobody was available to sign for them. Please be sure to ship to a location where someone is reliably available to sign for packages.
Shipping couriers do not let us insure against any weather related damage to your wine. We try to delay shipments if we're aware of hot or cold conditions locally or in your area, however if it's hot or cold in your region, we suggest using 2 Day or Next Day shipping when available.
